Our servers are tasked with the primary responsibility of creating a unique and personal experience for Buffalo Wild Wing’s Guests by enthusiastically and effectively presenting food and beverage options. We expect our bartenders to blend equal parts of enthusiasm, attention to detail, and knowledge to drive the game-time experience.

 
Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Takes drink orders from customers and servers.
• Prepares and serves alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks in accordance with standard recipes.
• Mixes ingredients for cocktails and service wine and bottle or draft beer.
• Rings drink orders into the register, collects payment, and makes changes.
• Washes and sterilizes glassware and prepares garnishes for drinks.
• Provide a warm welcome to guests upon arrival and personally engage with guests through conversations supporting current sports events and other promotional activity 
• Present food and beverage options in an informative, friendly, and enthusiastic manner
• Inform guests of specials and/or promotions (food and beverage), answer questions pertaining to the food and beverage menus, and be prepared to make suggestions to enhance the guest’s dining experience 
• Write Guest food orders on slips, memorize orders, and enter orders correctly into the Point-of-Sale system for transmittal to kitchen staff
• Check Guest identification to ensure they meet minimum age requirements for consumption of alcoholic beverages
• Serve food and/or beverages to guests to ensure an exceptional dining experience
• Check with Guests to ensure they are enjoying their meals and anticipate any need for corrective action to ensure Guest satisfaction – Inform Managers as needed
• Follow steps of service and other CSPs (Company Standard Procedures)
• Remove dishes and glasses from tables or counters, and take them to the kitchen for cleaning
• Collect and accurately process Guest payments
• Remain knowledgeable of current marketing initiatives and upcoming events to proactively inform guests and invite them to return

Requirements:

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Preferably at least 1 year of previous bartending experience
• Superior customer service and hospitality skills
• Excellent time management and organizational skills with strong attention to detail
