In this role, you will support payroll processing end‑to‑end while managing certified payroll reporting across multiple systems. Reasons to Join This Team Contribute to a high‑impact function that directly supports workforce operations and compliance Work in a structured, detail‑focused environment with clear processes and expectations Build specialized expertise in certified payroll and construction payroll practices Be part of a collaborative team that values accountability and organization Opportunity for long‑term employment based on business needs and performance What You’ll Be Responsible For Process weekly payroll accurately and on schedule using systems such as Penta or similar platforms Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations Execute employee updates including hires, terminations, pay changes, and promotions Prepare and submit weekly certified payroll through LCP Tracker and related compliance systems Manage documentation and reporting requirements for certified payroll and project compliance Generate and distribute payroll and certified payroll reports to internal stakeholders Resolve payroll discrepancies and process off‑cycle adjustments as needed Partner with internal departments to ensure data integrity and timely submissions To Be Successful in This Role, You’ll Bring 2+ years of payroll processing experience 1+ years of hands‑on experience with certified payroll reporting with LCP Tracker (required) Knowledge of construction payroll practices, including union considerations Familiarity with Penta software or the ability to quickly learn new systems Strong understanding of payroll compliance and basic accounting principles Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word for reporting and data management Excellent attention to detail, organization, and communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality Dynamic’s benefits and leave programs for Temporary and Temp‑to‑Hire Associates are provided in our employee handbook and are reviewed during onboarding and follow state, local, and federal laws.
