PYG Therapy is expanding and is seeking occupational therapists to provide pediatric home health services throughout Arizona.
We offer:
- $64–$92 per visit/hour
- Flexible scheduling
- Full-time, part-time, and contract opportunities

- Administrative and scheduling support
Daily responsibilities include:
- Evaluate pediatric patients
- Develop treatment plans
- Deliver skilled occupational therapy
- Document services
- Educate caregivers
- Participate in care planning
- Optional COTA supervision

Qualifications:
Current Arizona occupational therapy license, CPR certification, AHCCCS ID, article 9 certification, driver's license, dependable transportation, and excellent organizational skills.
