What You’ll Be Rockin’ on the Daily: Run high-energy, smooth shifts alongside your fellow leaders Support Team Members with coaching, training, and hands-on guidance Lead by example — set the tone for service, hospitality, and cleanliness Jump on the line, greet Guests, prep food — wherever the team needs you Handle shift-based operations: cash handling, food safety, labor control, and more Make quick decisions, solve problems, and keep the team moving forward Keep the restaurant looking sharp and running tight What We’re Looking For: Positive, proactive leaders who thrive in fast-paced environments Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting preferred Ability to lead a team and hold people accountable — respectfully and clearly Strong communicator who stays cool under pressure Passion for food, people, and great service Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed Looking for growth — we promote from within!
