• Work Monday to Friday with four 10-hour shifts each week.
• Participate in a weekend rotation, covering 12-hour shifts every fourth weekend on Saturday and Sunday.
• No on-call duties required.
• Provide inpatient coverage for cardiovascular surgery, including assigned patient rounding.
• Focus solely on inpatient care; no clinic responsibilities involved.
• Experience in cardiovascular or cardiothoracic surgery is essential.
• This position is primarily for leave coverage.
