This role supports neonatal intensive care patients requiring advanced respiratory care. Schedule: Night shift, 3x12 Hours: 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM 16-week assignment Schedule may vary based on department needs

Unit Details: NICU setting Neonatal patient population High-acuity respiratory care environment Collaborative interdisciplinary care team

Responsibilities: Provide advanced respiratory care for neonatal patients Manage ventilators and respiratory support equipment Monitor patient status and respond to changes in condition Collaborate with neonatologists and interdisciplinary healthcare teams Accurately document patient care and respiratory treatments Maintain compliance with safety and clinical standards

Requirements: Active RRT credential required Active state license or ability to obtain required Minimum clinical experience required for NICU respiratory care BLS certification required Additional certifications may be required depending on facility Prior travel experience preferred but not required Strong neonatal and critical care skills required
