Title : Lead Data Analyst

Location : Hybrid (T-TH onsite, Monday/ Friday Remote) - Columbia, SC 29223

US Citizen/Green Card required

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Business, Healthcare, or related field OR 2-year degree in Computer Science/Business + 2 years of reporting & data analysis experience OR 4 years of reporting & data analysis experience

Experience

Minimum 6 years of research and analysis experience (strongly preferred in healthcare domain)

Required Technical Skills

Strong SQL knowledge
Advanced PowerBI
Advanced Excel (including formulas, pivots, and dashboards)
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office
Knowledge of relational databases (DB2, SQL, etc.)
Knowledge of Visual Basic and Macros for automating reporting processes

Preferred Technologies:

Tableau, Power Automate, Python, GitHub, MS Access
SAS experience
Computer programming skills
Knowledge of ICD-9 / CPT-4 coding
Negotiation or persuasion skills

Key Responsibilities

Lead data analysis and reporting to support business and financial decisions
Gather requirements, design, develop, and deliver reports/dashboards
Perform complex data extraction, analysis, validation, and quality control
Create and maintain automated/recurring reports while handling ad-hoc requests
Present findings and insights to management and stakeholders
Ensure data accuracy, compliance, and integrity for operational and regulatory needs
Train and support team members on reporting tools and processes
