Act as a consultative talent advisor by evaluating and improving recruitment processes, optimizing hiring strategies, and driving operational excellence and Technology hiring.Essential Duties & Responsibilities* Lead full-cycle recruitment for technical and non-technical roles across multiple markets.* Source, attract, and engage passive candidates through proactive headhunting and talent mapping strategies.* Build strong relationships with hiring managers and act as a trusted advisor on talent acquisition strategies and market insights.* Maintain an excellent candidate experience while representing the company as an employer of choice.* Partner closely with Technology leaders to define hiring strategies, role requirements, and talent acquisition plans aligned with business objectives.* Evaluate and continuously improve recruitment processes to enhance hiring efficiency, candidate quality, and stakeholder experience.* Analyze recruitment funnel metrics and hiring data to identify bottlenecks, optimize workflows, and support data-informed hiring decisions.* Recommend and implement scalable recruiting best practices, tools, and process improvements to support organizational growth and hiring scalability.* Provide market intelligence, talent insights, and competitive benchmarking to support workforce planning and strategic hiring decisions.* Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to strengthen candidate experience and employer branding across talent markets.
