Candidate Submission Requirements for Travel RN Case Manager – Rehab

1. Active Registered Nurse (RN) License

   • Must be valid and in good standing for the state of Texas (or compact state license accepted).

2. Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification

   • Current and unexpired BLS certification is mandatory.

3. Experience:

   • Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience, preferably in inpatient rehabilitation or related settings.

   • Case management experience is highly preferred.

4. Availability:

   • Able to commit to the full 13-week assignment starting approximately October 6, 2025.

   • Able to work day shift (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM), including every other weekend on call.

5. Documentation:

   • Updated resume with detailed clinical experience.

   • Copies of current RN license and BLS certification.

   • Any inpatient rehab or case management certifications (preferred but not required).
