Dental Assistant

About Our Practice We are a busy, patient-focused dental office looking for a friendly and dedicated Dental Assistant to join our team. We pride ourselves on providing a warm, comfortable, judgement-free environment for our patients and a supportive, collaborative culture for our staff. Key Responsibilities Welcome and seat patients, ensuring they feel comfortable and relaxed. Prepare and sterilize dental instruments, equipment, and treatment rooms. Assist the dentist chairside during various clinical procedures. Take diagnostic dental X-rays. Record patient medical history and update electronic charts. Provide post-treatment care instructions and oral hygiene education to patients. Qualifications & Skills Dental assistant certification or diploma from an accredited program (preferred). Current CPR/BLS certification. 1+ years of chairside assisting experience (willing to train the right entry-level candidate). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of dental software and safety/HIPAA regulations.
