Bring Family and Friends together, strive to be the best to our guests, consumers and to our amazing team. Our team is filled with great people who are optimistic, fun and always act with integrity. Restaurant Manager To keep the restaurant running smoothly while increasing profitability and growing sales. Essential Functions Be a strong Leader and visible on the floor during all peak periods. Demonstrate the Vision, Mission, and Values of Friendly Restaurants Inc. Be involved in the Guest Service experience. Respond to guest complaints following the Recovery system. Reinforce positive guest experience to encourage repeat business. Float the restaurant to ensure a positive work environment. Maintain a good work ethic every shift. Demonstrate strong character and distinguish yourself as the leader on every shift. Training staff to follow restaurant procedures. Maintain safety and food quality standards. Handle high-stress situations calmly and with good judgment to please guests and keep staff focused on their daily goals. #J-18808-Ljbffr Friendly's Restaurants
