Dietary Assistant

Job Overview Ebenezer is looking for a Dietary Assistant/Server to join our team! This role is responsible for dining room meal service to our senior-age residents and maintaining supplies in the kitchenettes for our Skilled Nursing Facility in Burnsville, MN. Great experience and foot-in-the-door role for someone looking to get into a medical career or a student! This nutrition services schedule includes; * 15 hours every two weeks * Evening hours. 4pm-7:45pm * Every other weekend and holiday rotation * Benefits Ebenezer Ridges Care Center highlights a full continuum of care campus including Transitional Care, Adult Day Programs, Intergenerational Child Care, Long Term Care, Enhanced Care and Assisted Living/Memory Care. Responsibilities * Serves prepared meals to residents and ensures the dining area is clean and inviting * Promotes and encourages positive resident relations and happiness with their meal service * Sanitizes equipment, work areas and maintains supplies * Assists with meal prep and special events * Provides kitchen support when needed with dishwashing and cleaning of floors * Answers phones and communicates requests appropriately Requirements *
