Engineering Technician, Cell Prototyping

What to Expect Tesla is seeking a highly motivated Engineering Technician to support the development and prototyping of lithium‑ion cells, with a focus on pilot‑scale winding, assembly, and formation processes. This role involves operating cell assembly equipment, collaborating with cross‑functional teams, and contributing to the production and testing of state‑of‑the‑art prototype battery cells. The ideal candidate will bring familiarity with lithium‑ion cell manufacturing processes and a strong commitment to quality and innovation as part of a dynamic product development team.
