What You Will Do Provide direct and compassionate care to patients and residents. Supervise day‑to‑day activities performed by assigned nursing assistants. Operate in accordance with Federal, State, and Local standards, guidelines, and regulations, and as required by the Director of Nursing. Confirm that all nursing personnel assigned to you comply with the facility’s written policies and procedures. What You Need Active RN license in the state of residence. Current/active CPR certification. Customer‑service orientation with the ability to work well under pressure. Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize, coordinate, and simultaneously manage multiple projects with high quality and productivity. Excellent technical, assessment, and documentation skills, with the ability to maintain confidentiality. Compensation & Benefits Up to $43.79 per hour. $10,000 sign‑on bonus. New wages.
