Job Summary and Qualifications It is the responsibility of the staff respiratory therapist to demonstrate proficiency in all modalities of Respiratory Care with additional competency in NICU and Pediatric patient care. The Respiratory Therapist will be responsible for execution of assignments. All care will be in compliance with hospital and respiratory policies. May work with Respiratory Students in the clinical care setting. What qualifications you will need: Graduated from an accredited school for Respiratory Care, recognized by the NBRC. • One year experience in Respiratory Care and with documented training completed in NICU and/or Pediatrics required. RRT/Respiratory Care Practitioner (RRT / RCP), or Certified Respiratory Therapy Technician (CRTT), or Licensed Certified Respiratory Therapist (LCRT) State Registered Respiratory Therapist, or State Certified Respiratory Therapy Technician Basic Cardiac Life Support, Required PALS Pediatric Advanced Life Support, or PALS Instructor Required NRP Required ACLS preferred (requirements are facility-based) We are an equal opportunity employer.
