Established (40+ Years) Premier Firm Seeking Associate Attorney for Texas Foreclosure, Title Review, and Creditors Rights Litigation in Texas (Remote)

 

An established firm based in Dallas, TX with over 40+ years in practice is seeking an Associate Attorney with 2+ years of experience to join their litigation team in a hybrid or remote capacity based on experience and location. This role focuses on judicial and non-judicial foreclosure, title review and curative work, eviction proceedings, HOA and COA disputes, and contested real estate litigation, representing residential and commercial mortgage lenders and investors throughout Texas. The position offers meaningful responsibility, court appearances, and direct client interaction in a fast-paced, high-volume practice.

 

Offer:
Salary range: $100,000-$130,000+ contingent on experience

Qualifications:
J.D. degree with active Texas Bar admission in good standing
Minimum of two years of experience handling real estate, foreclosure, title review, or creditors rights matters
Experience with Texas default servicing and foreclosure litigation preferred
Working knowledge of Texas mortgage foreclosure law and Texas Title Standards
Ability to analyze loan files, title reports, pleadings, and foreclosure documents for legal and compliance issues
Strong legal writing, research, and oral advocacy skills

 

Responsibilities:
Manage a portfolio of contested and uncontested foreclosure, eviction, title dispute, and real estate litigation matters
Appear in court to argue motions and represent clients in routine and contested proceedings
Conduct detailed title examinations, identify defects, and recommend curative strategies within required timeframes
Execute title curative actions for both simple and complex title issues
Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal correspondence related to foreclosure and title clearance matters
Review loan documents, pleadings, and foreclosure materials to ensure legal accuracy and compliance
Communicate regularly with clients regarding case status, strategy, and resolution
