USA REMOTE ROLE COVERING THE FOLLOWING TERRITORY: Ohio, southern Indiana, northern Kentucky, and eastern West Virginia. As such, the preferred candidate will reside in Southwest Ohio (Cincinnati area) or Central Ohio (Columbus area) .

InterMetro Industries is seeking a Territory Manager - Commercial for our Sales Department .

This role is responsible for the promotion and sale of Metro brand solutions including shelving, carts and storage/transport products within the commercial products market. This includes promoting and selling Metro's products, services, and solutions to new and existing customers through an authorized dealer network. This is accomplished by working with established contacts with the goal of developing and growing relationships with them.

Primary Responsibilities:

1. Sells Metro products in defined commercial product settings.
2. Maintains and increases revenues and market share within the assigned territory by developing an effective business plan to penetrate competitive accounts and dealers and drive growth within existing accounts.
3. Provides industry leading solutions to customers for their storage and transportation needs.
4. Acts to meet/exceed customer expectations by sustaining regular contact and building superior relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in healthcare at both the facility level and the IDN headquarter level and in commercial products at both the dealer and end-user level.
5. Pursues ongoing learning and training to understand assigned markets, products and brand positioning to grow revenues.
6. Demonstrates competency in the company's products and services by managing the entire sales process, presenting (oral and written) all aspects of the company products, and maintaining working knowledge of existing marketing programs.
7. Utilizes strong networking skills to gain access into new accounts.
8. Responsible for weekly submission of forecast updates and maintenance in Metro's sales management systems.
9. Arranges and participates in product demonstrations, quoting and proposal delivery and other duties as needed and assigned.
10. Utilizes, maintains and grows relationships with distribution partners.
11. Possesses knowledge and understanding of the Code of Business Ethics. Contributes to a workplace environment that is conducive to the maintenance of the Code. Remains alert and sensitive to situations that could result in actions by an employee that are illegal, unethical, in violation of the Code or the policies and procedures that support the Code. Reports actual or perceived violations of the Code or Company policies and procedures for appropriate action.
12. Assists in planning, monitoring, and/or managing budget in functional area of department.
13. Other duties, as assigned.

Qualifications

Knowledge:

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1-4 years of relevant work experience required.
