Job Details Location: Quirk Chrysler Jeep - Braintree, MA 02184 Position Type: Full Time Job Category: Sales Key Required Proficiencies Assist customers throughout the finance and vehicle purchasing process. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure an exceptional experience. Identify customer needs and present financing solutions that meet their goals. Effectively handle customer questions, concerns, and requests. Utilize strong communication and negotiation skills to help achieve sales and finance objectives. Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with dealership and lender requirements. Demonstrate resilience and the ability to recover quickly from challenges and setbacks. Work collaboratively with the sales and management teams to maximize customer satisfaction and profitability. Preferred Skills Strong negotiation and closing skills. Ability to recover quickly from setbacks. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment. Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication abilities. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, and weekends. Qualifications Minimum of 1 year of experience preferably within the automotive industry. Successful completion of a background check, including but not limited to a criminal record check, physical and drug screen, and motor vehicle records check (if applicable to position).
