ICU Registered NurseMission Community Hospital is seeking a compassionate, skilled, and motivated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Night Shift team. The ICU RN is responsible for delivering high-quality patient-centered care to critically ill patients while collaborating closely with physicians, nursing leadership, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.The ideal candidate is clinically strong, team-oriented, adaptable in fast-paced environments, and committed to providing exceptional care and support to patients and families.Now offering 10k sign on bonus for all experienced ICU RN's!!Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesProvide direct patient care to critically ill patients in the ICU settingAssess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plansMonitor and interpret patient conditions, vital signs, and cardiac rhythmsAdminister medications and treatments safely and accuratelyCollaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, case management, and interdisciplinary teamsRespond quickly and effectively to emergency situations and patient changesMaintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical recordEducate patients and families regarding treatment plans and ongoing careAdhere to hospital policies, procedures, infection prevention standards, and patient safety protocolsSupport a positive and collaborative work environmentQualificationsCurrent California Registered Nurse (RN) license requiredCurrent BLS and ACLS certifications requiredNIHSS certification preferredStrong critical thinking and communication skillsAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced acute care environmentExcellent teamwork and patient care skillsExperience RequirementsMinimum of one year of ICU experienceScheduleFull-TimeNight ShiftPAY TRANSPARENCYAt Mission Community Hospital we offer a competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package.
