Technical Lead Developer with Security Clearance

About the Role We are seeking a highly experienced Technical Lead Developer to provide technical development and implementation support for Civil Engineering and/or mission support processes through Power Platform workflow development, process automation, data management, application strategy, and Machine Learning enablement. Responsibilities Support maturing current technical design approach, documenting functional specifications (including governance, permission groups, workflows, standard coding, etc.), maintaining databases, training content, and lessons learned. Provide recommendations for innovative process updates and combine disparate processes where applicable. Perform other duties as assigned. Experience Requirements Minimum 10 years of application development and database management experience. Minimum 5 years of automation and dashboard development experience. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, competitive environment. Education Requirements BA or BS in Management, Engineering, or Business/Financial IT‑related field. Certification and Registration Requirements Technical development certification: CompTIA or equivalent/similar IT certification. PMP certification. Other Required Skills & Abilities Effective communication with customers and fulfillment of all duties and responsibilities as listed in the contract. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook. Security Clearance Requirements Public Trust clearance; U.S. citizenship required under a U.S. Government contract.
