Technical Support Engineer

Base pay range $75,000.00/yr - $85,000.00/yr Location Newnan, GA Length 6 month contract to hire (Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education) Required Skills 4+ years IT experience with Windows Servers and enterprise networks. Strong Cisco routing/switching knowledge. Experience with firewalls (Cisco, WatchGuard, or similar). Solid troubleshooting across servers, networks, and endpoints. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Preferred Skills (Nice to Have) VMware or Hyper-V virtualization Core Responsibilities Support and maintain Windows Server environments (Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, GPO). Configure and troubleshoot Cisco switches, routers, and firewalls. Diagnose and resolve network issues (TCP/IP, VLANs, VPN, routing/switching). Troubleshoot servers, desktops, laptops, applications, and peripherals. Ensure firewall and network security best practices. Assist with upgrades, migrations, and documentation of IT systems.
