Responsibilities
- Deliver ProClinical clinical support using established theories, principles, and concepts
- Analyze market strategy, customer dynamics, and competitive landscape in assigned region
- Partner on customer-facing initiatives including voice of customer and customer-centric design
- Develop recommendations to enhance ProClinical service delivery and business outcomes
- Analyze data sources and develop action plans informed by market insights
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or Physical Therapy
- Minimum 4 years as licensed clinician in Critical Care, Medical/Surgical, or Emergency care
- Current RN licensure or other clinical-related licensure
- Certification in quality and/or project management (preferred)
- Nursing leadership, CNS, or Clinical Educator experience (preferred)
Compensation: $89,300–$148,800 USD annual
