Federal Civil Missions and Program DirectorThe Opportunity:Serve as a senior leader responsible for driving mission delivery, strategic growth, and client engagement, including diplomatic technology modernization, global operations, consular systems, and enterprise IT transformation. Research, analyze, and understand mission requirements and emerging technologies. Develop execution plans to facilitate mission objectives and create new business opportunities. Grow, lead, and oversee technical and operations teams in support of mission requirements. Partner with other leaders across the business to identify opportunities and risks required to develop and deliver solutions that support business strategies to drive modernization within our client’s ecosystem. Assume responsibility for current contract delivery and leadership for targeted capture opportunities. Work closely with federal government clients to shape and scope support for their emerging needs around technology modernization to accomplish specific mission challenges.Join us. The projected compensation range for this position is $185,700.00 to $345,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
