Join Our Team as a Dental Assistant! We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Dentist to join our dental practice. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in General Dentistry, with experience in esthetic dentistry some Invisalign , oral surgery , endodontics and partial dentures desirable. This role requires a commitment to providing exceptional patient care, maintaining high standards of infection control, and ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations. The Dentist will work collaboratively with our dental team to deliver comprehensive dental services, including patient assessments, treatment planning, and various dental procedures. Title Dental assistant Job Description Duties Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans. Perform a variety of dental procedures including general dentistry, endodontics (root canal therapy), prosthodontics, and dental extractions. Utilize four-handed dentistry techniques to enhance efficiency during procedures. Maintain accurate medical documentation and medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Implement aseptic techniques and infection control protocols to ensure patient safety. Utilize dental software such as Eaglesoft, for patient management and record keeping. Provide education to patients regarding oral health, preventive care, and post-treatment instructions. Collaborate with the dental team to ensure a positive patient experience and high-quality care delivery. Ability to Commute: Brookline, MA 02445 (Required) Ability to Relocate: Brookline, MA 02445: Relocate before starting work (Required) Salary Range part-time $61,956 - $74,614 per year Pay: $61,956.50 - $74,614.28 per year Benefits Flexible schedule Paid time off Shift & Schedule Expected hours: No more than 30 per week Requirements Registered dental assistant / Certified dental assistant Preferences Proven experience in running a dental office or clinic setting is required. Strong knowledge of dental terminology and anatomy is essential. Experience with medical imaging techniques is beneficial.
