Caregiver Wanted - Aliso Viejo, CA

Are you someone who leads with compassion, patience, and a genuine desire to help others? We're looking for a dedicated Caregiver to join our team in Aliso Viejo and the surrounding areas, and make a meaningful difference every day.
What You'll Do

Assist clients with ADLs (Activities of Daily Living), including:
- Bathing
- Dressing
- Grooming
- Toileting
- Mobility assistance
Support IADLs (Instrumental Activities of Daily Living), including:
- Meal preparation
- Light housekeeping
- Medication reminders
- Errands
- Transportation
Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance quality of life
Observe and report any changes in client condition

What We're Looking For

Experience with ADLs & IADLs (professional or personal caregiving)
Reliable, patient, and compassionate personality
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to follow care plans and work independently
Dependable and punctual

Pay & Benefits

$18-$22 per hour, paid biweekly via direct deposit

Caregiver Requirements

Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and auto insurance
Prior caregiving experience (professional or personal) is a plus, but not required
Physically able to assist with transfers and mobility
- Push/pull up to 50 lbs
- Lift up to 30 lbs
Strong communication and documentation skills (written and in-app)
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
CNA, HHA, or similar certifications preferred (not required)
Willing to work flexible shifts, including some weekends
Must be at least 18 years old
High school diploma or GED required
