Role Description This contract Occupational Therapist role is a hybrid position based out of our Holly Ridge, NC clinic with a mix of clinic visits and some off site visits. The Occupational Therapist will conduct evaluations, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and provide evidence-based interventions to support functional independence in pediatric and adult clients. Daily responsibilities include collaborating with families, caregivers, and other professionals, educating patients and support networks on home programs, and monitoring progress toward therapy goals. The role also involves maintaining accurate documentation, ensuring regulatory and ethical compliance, and participating in team communication to support high-quality, patient-centered care. Qualifications Clinical expertise in Occupational Therapy, including assessment, treatment planning, and intervention across diverse populations. Knowledge of Medicine and Rehabilitation principles relevant to functional recovery, adaptive strategies, and holistic care. Strong Communication skills for collaborating with families, caregivers, educators, and healthcare professionals. Experience or interest in Pediatrics, including providing developmentally appropriate, family-centered interventions. Valid state licensure (or eligibility) as an Occupational Therapist in North Carolina. Ability to work independently in community and home settings while maintaining professional boundaries and safety standards. Proficiency in electronic documentation and time management to support contract-based, hybrid work.
