Mass Torts & Complex Litigation Attorney

Responsibilities Manage and advance high-volume, complex litigation files through all phases of the lawsuit. Review extensive and complex records, medical documents, and evidence. Draft pleadings, motions, and comprehensive discovery requests/responses. Take and defend depositions of plaintiffs, defendants, and key witnesses. Coordinate directly with co-counsel, investigators, and expert witnesses. Draft and argue complex law and motion matters in court. Assist with trial preparation, exhibit coordination, and strategy. Requirements Active member in good standing with the State Bar of California. Experience in mass torts, complex civil litigation, or personal injury. Strong organizational skills and the capacity to handle high-volume document environments. Sound legal judgment and the ability to work independently while remaining collaborative.
