Compensation: $246,947.00 - $300,000.00
Position OverviewWe are actively seeking Family Medicine / Primary Care Physicians to become part of our expanding network of outpatient practices in the Morgantown metro area of West Virginia. This role is exclusively outpatient, providing a flexible schedule, attractive compensation, and minimal on-call duties.
Key Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive family medicine and primary care services.
- Focus on adult medicine across various locations.
- No inpatient duties required.
- Participate in minimal phone-only call, approximately one week per quarter.
- Competitive base salary with additional productivity incentives.
- Quality incentive program offering 1% of base salary based on performance metrics (6-7 metrics available).
- Sign-on bonus of $20,000.
- Training stipend available.
- Relocation assistance of $10,000.
