Maintenance Specialist I - We are offering a $4,000 Sign-on Bonus (to be paid throughout the first year of employment) for the Maintenance Specialist I. Rates starting at $18.35 per hour. Part-time position, daylight, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. days to vary, less than 35 hours/week. Located in Girard, PA. Maintenance Specialist I performs general maintenance, grounds maintenance, repairs, security rounds, monitoring, inspecting, transportation service and preventive maintenance, assist with installations/ repairs and renovations, to provide continuous services and a safe environment that is efficient and effective operation for the buildings throughout the campus. Qualifications High school diploma or general education degree (GED). One year certificate from college or technical school; or three to six months related experience and/or training. Valid driver's license.
