Our plants are hand-grown in carefully controlled environments designed to minimize unwanted chemicals and pests, keeping the cultivation process as natural as possible every step of the way.POSITION SUMMARYThe Recruiter will be responsible for the identification of talent needed to support and grow Trulieve's human capital, while supporting Trulieve's mission and values daily. The Recruiter is the Company's main point of contact for retail recruiting and serves as the primary reference to support this activity. This is a mid-level position that is responsible for the day-to-day recruiting initiatives that are aligned with identifying talent. The position requires a strong foundation and an understanding of all applicable laws and recruiting regulations and guidelines. The Recruiter is responsible for carrying out principles and standards that support Trulieve's commitment to people.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESSource candidates using effective, creative outreach techniquesCommunicate with candidates and coordinate phone screens and interviews via email, phone, and ATS toolsFacilitate reference checks, background checks, and offer negotiationMaintain candidate data and outreach in our application tracking systemWork closely with hiring managers on headcount planning and processTrack recruiting data to report and identify areas for improvementRepresent Trulieve at recruiting events, job fairs, and community outreach initiatives to strengthen employer brandingSupport additional recruiting efforts and special projects as necessaryQUALIFICATIONSBachelor's degree in related discipline3+ years of experience as a full-cycle recruiterExperience with high-volume recruiting and sourcing techniquesBackground recruiting in retail, manufacturing, hospitality, or other high-volume environments preferredExperience working within ATS and HRIS systems; SAP and/or SuccessFactors preferredProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with strong working knowledge of Excel (tracking, reporting, basic formulas)Highly motivated, confident, and high-energySelf-starter with a history of pushing for deadline-driven resultsAbility to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environmentFlexible and adaptable to changing prioritiesOrganized and can stay on top of numerous candidates with timely follow-upStrong, engaging communicator with a knack for selling candidatesAbility to work with a variety of personalities at various seniority levelsStrong interpersonal skills, business sense, and professionalism to communicate with all levels of management and staff; ability to uphold a strict level of confidentiality and discretionADDITIONAL MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONSMust be a minimum of 21 years of age (or a minimum of 18 years of age in CT, PA and WV)Must be able to pass a comprehensive background screeningWORK SCHEDULEThis role averages 45-50 working hours per week depending on business needsPlease apply directly through our official careers site or authorized recruitment channels.
