About The Role Four Seasons Residence Club Aviara is looking for a Guest Service Attendant. The primary responsibility of this role is to provide exceptional service to our owners and guests by assisting with their luggage, providing information about the Residence Club’s amenities, shuttling, and ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience during their arrival, stay and check-out. What You Will Do Greet owners and guests upon arrival and assist with efficient luggage handling. Provide information about the Residence Club’s amenities and local attractions. Handle guest inquiries and special requests in a courteous and helpful manner, exceeding expectations as needed. Coordinate with the Front Office team to ensure smooth arrival and check-out processes. Shuttle guests and/or provide transportation information. What You Bring Excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills.
