About the Role

The Company is in search of a Chief Information Officer (CIO) to spearhead the development and implementation of a strategic technology roadmap that fosters business growth, operational excellence, and robust information security. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading technology strategy, digital transformation, cloud adoption, and data and AI initiatives, while ensuring compliance and resilience on a global scale. Key responsibilities for the CIO include defining and maintaining a multi-year technology roadmap, leading information security strategy and governance, managing vendor relationships, driving cloud strategy and operations, and championing data, analytics, and AI/ML initiatives. The role also involves overseeing IT budgeting, building and mentoring a global IT organization, and establishing KPIs and SLAs for service delivery. Applicants for the CIO position at the company should have a proven track record in a senior IT leadership role, with a focus on technology strategy, operations, security, and vendor management. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in information security, risk management, and regulatory compliance, as well as experience with cloud platforms and hybrid architectures. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required, with an advanced degree being preferred. The CIO must possess excellent stakeholder and change management skills, the ability to influence executive and board-level audiences, and a strong financial acumen. Relevant certifications and experience with ITIL or other service management frameworks are a plus.
