Family Therapist - Home-Based MST for Teens
One Hope United
One Hope United in Illinois seeks a licensed therapist with a systemic perspective to deliver family therapy for adolescents aged 12 to 17.5 in their homes. You will conduct MST assessments, engage caregivers and key participants, and develop interventions addressing behavioral issues within the family system. The role requires independence, reliable transportation, and participation in MST training.
