Casual Float Phlebotomist Join us in Covington, WA as a Casual Float Phlebotomist. Work Schedule Flexible schedule. Job Responsibilities Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups. Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests, and similar procedures. Perform data entry of patient information accurately and in a timely manner. Process billing information and collect payments when required. Prepare all collected specimens for testing and analysis. Maintain patient and specimen information logs. Provide superior customer service to all patients. Complete administrative and clerical duties as necessary. Travel to additional sites when needed. Minimum Qualifications Valid Washington‑issued Phlebotomy License. At least 21 years of age or older. Reliable transportation and clean driving record. Valid Driver's License. Preferred Qualifications 3 or more months of phlebotomy experience. 6 or more months of current or prior Labcorp experience in phlebotomy. Additional Job Standards Pass a standardized color blindness test. Flexibility to work overtime as needed. Ability to work independently or in a team environment. Comfort with minimal supervision. Compensation Hourly pay: $22.30 – $27.69. Float incentive: Additional $2.00 per hour plus mileage reimbursement. Benefits Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, STD/LTD coverage. 401(k) with company match.
