Technical Program Manager

Anticipated End Date: 2026-07-15 Position Title: Technical Program Manager Job Description: The Technical Program Manager is responsible for leading and managing complex technical initiatives across the organization. Location : Ideal candidates will be able to report to our Pulse Point location at 4361 Irwin Simpson Rd, Mason, OH 45040. This role requires associates to be in-office 1 - 2 days per week, fostering collaboration and connectivity, while providing flexibility to support productivity and work-life balance. This approach combines structured office engagement with the autonomy of virtual work, promoting a dynamic and adaptable workplace. Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm How You Will Make an Impact Oversee program planning and strategy to ensure alignment with company goals. Conduct business case analysis to evaluate strategic alignment and cost-effectiveness. Facilitate technical initiatives through the L-gates demand process. Manage program deliverables to meet schedule, scope, and budget requirements. Proactively identify and mitigate program risks. Develop and track metrics for program performance and value realization. Provide status reports to senior management and stakeholders. Lead technical programs including cloud migrations, cybersecurity, application development, and AI/ML solutions. Provide guidance and support to engineering teams to achieve expected outcomes. Standardize and manage prioritization, business case analysis, and funding approval processes. Implement program management best practices to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Build strong relationships, resolve conflicts, manage resources in a matrix environment, and communicate effectively across all organizational levels. Minimum Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field of study. Ten (10) years of experience in project management or related experience. Experience Requirements Ten (10) years of experience in project management or related experience must include: Ten (10) years of broad-based information systems experience. Ten (10) years of full life-cycle application development and/or building enterprise applications and/or data warehouse planning and development. Three (3) years leading and directing project tasks. Program and project planning and governance. Program and project risk management and value realization. Stakeholder management and collaboration. Program and project cost management and ROI analysis. Agile project and product management. Experience with project management tools including Jira, MS Project, ServiceNow, REST APIs, Tableau, and AWS services. Experience with cloud technologies, cybersecurity, AI/ML solutions, and application development. Experience with reporting and documentation tools including Jira Align/JIRA, ServiceNOW, SharePoint, and Tableau. Required Certification Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from PMI.
