Position will work closely with production and maintenance team members to resolve industrial equipment issues and support Tiffin Group core values: Customer Driven, Do It Once Do It Well, Coachable, Work Ready, There's Always A SolutionGeneral industrial maintenance skillsExperienced using industrial maintenance hand toolsExperience with CNC equipment is a plusTroubleshooting and understanding of 120 V, & 480 V 3 Phase is a plusTroubleshooting and repairing issues on production equipment in the plantSupport general facility maintenance as neededRead and understand electrical schematics & mechanical drawingsMaintain production equipment and complete PM's as assignedExperience in welding and fabricationExperience with glue machines, roll coaters, and lamination equipment is a plusExperience with spray systems and equipment is a plusAbility to diagnosis and solve problems with production equipmentComfortable working in production type environmentAbility to perform work in mature and professional manner, demonstrate personal responsibility, and perform all assigned duties.Work experience a plusCDL license a plus5S experience a plusTiffin prefers prior experience.
