Concentra Urgent Care
Concentra is seeking a Patient Service Specialist to join our front desk team in Des Moines. You will greet patients, manage registrations, scheduling, and telephone inquiries while ensuring a welcoming and efficient check-in/out process. The role requires attention to detail, excellent customer service, and the ability to handle confidential information in compliance with HIPAA.
