Franklin, TN Wash N Roll Sales Associate

Hello, I am currently seeking a full time sales associate for my Franklin, TN Wash N Roll location. This is one of the top stores in our region and the rep at this location would make great money. At this time some weekend availability is a must. It does not have to be every weekend, but Sundays are the biggest need and 2 per month would be reasonable to expect. Must haves: reliable transportation, good work ethic, good people skills, ability to be outside in the heat or cold temps during your shifts. (Hoodies, jackets, beanies, and shirts are all provided) Ability to work some weekend days. Compensation: $15 hourly starting out + commissions. Average daily commissions can be between ($100 - $300) extra per day. On the weekends during a busy day, ($150 - $400) extra per day. Total hourly average with commissions added in: ($28 - $46) per hour. My team and stores are full of great people and I truly believe this is a great opportunity for someone who is willing to show up and give some effort. The job is not hard, and the pay is good. Benefits available after 60 days.
