This position offers flexible night or mid-shift coverage based on the needs of the unit at the start of the contract. Key Responsibilities\n \n Provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced emergency environment. \n Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop appropriate care plans. \n Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring patient safety and comfort. \n Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes. \n Monitor patient status and respond to emergencies and changes in condition. \n Educate patients and families on health maintenance and disease prevention. \n Document care provided and maintain accurate patient records. \n Qualifications\n \n Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure. \n Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred. \n Previous experience in an Emergency Department or critical care setting is advantageous. \n Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills. \n Ability to work efficiently under pressure and in a fast-paced environment. \n Excellent communication and teamwork skills. \n Schedule\n Variable night or mid-shift coverage is required, depending on unit needs.
