We are currently seeking a dependable Day Warehouse Associate to join our team in Vinita, Oklahoma. POSITION OVERVIEW: 
The Day Warehouse Associate (Part Time) supports the daily operation of the warehouse by receiving inbound freight, stocking and organizing products, preparing transfers, loading and unloading trucks, and assisting customers. This position will also provide occasional front-desk coverage, perform basic data entry, and help maintain the cleanliness and organization of the facility.

The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-conscious, detail-oriented, and comfortable assisting with both warehouse and administrative responsibilities.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Receive inbound freight and verify products against shipping and receiving documentation.
• Inspect incoming products for visible damage, shortages, or discrepancies and report concerns to management.
• Move received products to the appropriate storage locations using proper material-handling equipment.
• Maintain accurate product placement, rotation, and warehouse organization.
• Pull and prepare inventory transfers for shipment.
• Load transfers onto the shuttle truck for delivery to the Jefferson City location.
• Unload route trucks when they return to the facility.
• Load Cash & Carry customer orders safely into customer vehicles.
• Assist customers professionally and provide prompt, courteous service.
• Provide front-desk coverage as needed, including greeting visitors, answering basic questions, and directing calls or inquiries.
• Perform basic data entry and accurately maintain applicable warehouse or receiving records.
• Assist with inventory counts, stock replenishment, and product organization.
• Maintain clean and orderly work areas, equipment, loading areas, and storage locations.
• Perform housekeeping duties inside and outside the building, including sweeping, removing trash, cleaning floors, and maintaining exterior areas.

• Follow all company Standard Operating Procedures, food-safety requirements, and OSHA safety guidelines.
• Maintain established safety, quality, attendance, and productivity standards.
• Report safety hazards, damaged products, equipment concerns, or inventory discrepancies to management promptly.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:

• Previous warehouse, receiving, shipping, or distribution-center experience is preferred but not required.
• Forklift and pallet-jack experience is preferred.
• Basic computer and data-entry skills are preferred.
• Ability to read and understand product labels, receiving documents, transfer paperwork, and safety instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to provide professional and courteous customer service.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and meet daily deadlines.
• Ability to follow Standard Operating Procedures, food-safety practices, and OSHA guidelines.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality are required.
• Must successfully complete all required pre-employment screenings, including a drug screen and background check.

SCHEDULE:

• Monday through Friday
• 7:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. 

COMPENSATION:

• Starting pay: $17.00 per hour

This position requires frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, and lifting throughout the workday. The teammate may be required to reach above shoulder height or below the waist and regularly handle warehouse materials and products. Proper lifting techniques and safe material-handling practices must be followed. The position may require lifting up to 50 pounds. Work may be performed inside the warehouse, on loading docks, inside trucks, and in exterior areas under varying temperature and weather conditions.
