Wage: $80,000 - $110,000/year (Based on experience)
Hours: 1st Shift: 7:00 am - 3:30 pm, Monday - Friday

- Maintain and support the ISO 9001 Quality Management System (QMS), metrology calibration, and compliance documentation
- Lead internal quality audits and assist with customer, certification, government, and regulatory assessments
- Conduct root cause failure investigations and execute effective corrective and preventive action (CAPA) plans
- Partner with engineering, operations, supply chain, and sales to review production issues and engineering changes
- Bachelor's degree in industrial, Manufacturing, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field
- Minimum 5+ years of quality engineering or quality systems experience within a manufacturing environment
- Strong working knowledge of ISO 9001 standards and hands-on root cause analysis methodology
- Experience leading internal quality audits and managing external audit processes
- Software proficiency with ERP platforms, document control systems, and Microsoft Office
