Family Practice - Without OB Physician

Job Description

Physician owned and led multispecialty group
Over 30 providers in the group
Family Medicine - Internal Medicine - Pediatrics - OBGYN
Outpatient only primary care role
Monday - Friday 8:00 - 5:00
1 dedicated MA per provider
On call 1:17 weeks - phone only
Goal is 20-25 patients per day
Schedule 1 patient per hour during ramp up
Group uses Athena EMR
Growing their Medicare Advantage foothold
Patients of all ages and panel size of 1,500

Compensation and Benefits

Base salary plus bonuses
$20,000 Sign-On bonus
Two-year salary guarantee then production
Up to $20,000 year in bonuses in addition to guarantee
Total compensation for PCP is $300,000
Shareholdersoffered (average $35,000 a year additional income)
Up to $15,000 in relocation assistance
Benefits include health-dental-vision-long term disability
20 days PTO
Retirement 401k with 100% match up to 4%
