Territory Business ManagerThe Territory Business Manager (TBM) is responsible for driving new customer growth by identifying, qualifying, and closing new accounts within an assigned territory. This role focuses on consultative selling, developing customized service solutions, and partnering cross functionally to ensure a smooth onboarding experience that sets the foundation for long term customer success.Location: Riverside, CaliforniaReports To: Regional Sales Manager (RSM)Responsibilities & QualificationsResponsibilitiesDrive lead generation through in-person outreach, cold calling, prospect calling, and targeted visitsIdentify and research potential clients to uncover new business opportunitiesBuild and manage a strong sales pipeline to meet weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance goalsDevelop relationships with decision-makers through tailored presentations and product demonstrationsUse CRM tools to track activity, update account information, and manage follow-upsMaintain data accuracy and consistency in sales systemsPlan and execute weekly field activity to maximize prospect engagementRepresent ImageFIRST at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunitiesCollaborate cross-functionally with internal sales, service, and operations teamsActively participate in team meetings and follow ImageFIRST's established sales processQualifications and Experience3+ years of experience in business-to-business, outside, or field sales with a strong focus on new business developmentBachelor's degree or equivalent experience requiredProven ability to generate leads, close deals, and manage a healthy sales pipelineStrong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skillsDemonstrated success meeting or exceeding sales targetsExperience using social platforms to identify and engage new prospectsHealthcare industry experience is a plus but not requiredProficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and OutlookCompany Values & BenefitsReporting StructureReports to: Regional Sales Manager (RSM)Direct reports: N/AIndirect reports: Regional Business Manager (RBM)Key StakeholdersRegional Sales ManagerRegional Vice Presidents (RVPs) – SalesRegional Vice Presidents (RVPs) – OperationsGeneral Managers (GMs)Sales TeamOperations LeadershipHRBase Salary Range: $70,000 - $80,000 annuallyIn addition to the base salary, this role includes:$15,000 guaranteed earnings during the first six monthsCompetitive commission with significant earning potential based on performanceCar allowance: $550 per month plus a gas cardActual compensation may vary based on market conditions, geographic location, skills, qualifications, and experience.In addition to a competitive base salary and uncapped commission plan, we offer:Medical, dental, and vision coverage.401(k) with company match.Paid time off & holidays.Pet, legal, and hospital indemnity insurance options.A collaborative, value-driven culture with real opportunities for career growth.EOE / Drug-Free WorkplaceWe are proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
