Customer Care Representative (CCR)

Responsibilities:Communicate with customers via email.Resolve inquiries and complaints promptly with a positive attitude.Gather and assess product/service information.Provide pricing, delivery details, and process orders.Maintain customer accounts and databases.Prepare reports based on customer interactions.Follow up with customers for satisfaction and orders.Coordinate workflow to meet deadlines.Direct unresolved issues to appropriate personnel.Keep records of interactions and transactions.Collaborate with internal departments.Escalate customer concerns to management.Perform other assigned duties.
Qualifications:High School Diploma or equivalent.Knowledge of applicable products and markets.Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.Experience working with customer support.Proficiency in M.S. Office products (Outlook, Word, and Excel).Typing skills.Strong numeric, oral, and written language proficiency.Preference is given to qualified visually impaired individuals.
