Responsibilities This is a hybrid role that blends medical assistant duties, front desk responsibilities, and support for medication filing. Clinical Support Assist providers during consultations and follow-up visits, ensuring smooth patient flow. Prepare patients for treatments such as IV therapy and injections. Educate patients on their health journey with compassion and clear communication. Maintain accurate, compliant documentation for all treatments and medications. Support timely prescription fills to ensure continuity of care. Monitor and maintain medication and supply inventory. Medication Preparation Assist with preparing and organizing medication fills under provider supervision. Verify accuracy of medication labels, dosages, and patient instructions. Ensure compliance with all regulatory guidelines and clinic protocols. Maintain organized, well-stocked med room and ensure safe handling of controlled substances. Front Desk & Administrative Support Greet patients warmly and provide a welcoming, professional first impression. Manage appointment scheduling, check-ins, and check-outs with accuracy and efficiency. Answer phones, address inquiries, and educate patients on clinic services. Process payments, insurance verifications, and documentation as needed. Support overall clinic operations by jumping in wherever needed. Requirements Previous experience in a clinical setting (MA, pharmacy tech, or similar) preferred. Exceptional multitasking skills – able to pivot between roles seamlessly. Excellent communication and customer service abilities. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Comfortable using EMR systems and scheduling software. CPR certification preferred (or willing to obtain). Experience with medications, injections, or inventory management a plus. Competitive hourly rate based on experience. PTO + Paid Holidays.
