Department Manager Manager leads shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience. In this role, responsibilities may include managing assigned systems such as Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management, setting goals, delegating tasks, following up, and reporting results to their team and other managers. Responsibilities Guest Service Department Manager: ensure crew and managers deliver great customer experience; oversee sales promotions; train service staff in procedures; organize Front Counter McCafé and Drive-Thru areas for optimal service. Kitchen Department Manager: ensure delivery of high-quality, fast food; maintain food safety; control food costs; train kitchen staff on production procedures, including new menu items. People Department Manager: hire qualified crew; train them; schedule to meet sales and profit goals; ensure crew start positive and are recognized and motivated throughout their tenure. #J-18808-Ljbffr
