In this role, you’ll collaborate with cross‑functional teams to execute data collection activities and deliver high‑quality research experiences for participants. What You’ll Do As a User Research Moderator, you’ll play a hands‑on role in day‑to‑day research operations by demonstrating prototype devices to consumers across LA. This role requires traveling to 5–6 locations per day with fellow team members to train and support study participants. Additional tasks include: Operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting prototype hardware and technical equipment used for data collection Real‑time technical support to participants by troubleshooting prototype devices and clearly guiding users through technical challenges Identifying and resolving study execution issues in real time and implementing corrective solutions as needed Supporting research teams to ensure participants are well equipped to work with prototypes individually and data is collected accurately #J-18808-Ljbffr
