Your Role as a BCBA: Deliver High-Quality ABA Services - Design, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans grounded in assent-based, neurodiversity-affirming practices tailored to each client's unique needs. Provide Clinical Supervision & Mentorship - Supervise RBTs and support the development of clinical skills across your team, fostering consistent and compassionate service delivery. Collaborate with Families & Caregivers - Build strong therapeutic relationships, provide caregiver training, and ensure continuity of care that empowers families to support their loved ones. Conduct Assessments & Progress Monitoring - Use data-driven approaches to evaluate client progress, measure outcomes, and continuously refine treatment programs for maximum impact. Contribute to Team Excellence - Participate in biweekly team meetings, peer collaboration, and a clinic culture built on continuous learning, mutual support, and clinical growth.
