Lovelace Medical Group is seeking a self-motivated General Surgery Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our growing Lovelace family in beautiful Albuquerque, New Mexico. About the Position: Lovelace Medical Group Independence Square Join a surgical team of 6 physicians and 2 APP s Inpatient and Outpatient mix Daily Patient Average: 18-24 on clinic days Mon-Fri, 8-5 EMR: Epic (Ambience AI tool) Required Skills/Procedures Demonstrate strong clinical judgment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced surgical environment. Candidates should be comfortable managing pre- and post-operative patients, collaborating with physicians and multidisciplinary teams, maintaining accurate documentation, and providing compassionate, patient-centered care. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities are essential for success in this role.
