Work Environment\n

Our remote workforce is built on flexibility and collaboration. While you will primarily work from home, you will engage with a multidisciplinary team of professionals that includes psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers. Regular virtual meetings and case consultations ensure a connected and engaged team dynamic, allowing you to share insights and improve patient care. The work schedule typically runs from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility to accommodate patient needs and ensure optimal support for our clients.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to determine patient needs, establish diagnoses, and create tailored treatment plans.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, to deliver effective individual, couple, and family counseling.

• Facilitate psychoeducational workshops and support groups aimed at fostering community, improving understanding of mental health, and building coping skills.
\n
• Collaborate with cross-disciplinary professionals to ensure integrated and holistic care that addresses all aspects of the patient’s well-being.

• Provide crisis intervention and immediate support during mental health emergencies, demonstrating sound clinical judgment and empathy.
\n
• Educate patients and their families about mental health disorders, treatment options, and available resources to empower them in their recovery process.

• Ensure meticulous documentation of sessions and treatment plans in compliance with ethical and legal standards using electronic health record (EHR) systems.

• Actively participate in ongoing professional development activities, case reviews, and team meetings to foster continuous learning and improvement.

Our patient population consists of individuals from diverse backgrounds and age groups, experiencing a variety of mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Valid licensure as either an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW within the state of New Jersey.

• In-depth knowledge of mental health disorders and familiarity with various therapeutic techniques and evidence-based practices.

• Demonstrated proficiency in conducting comprehensive mental health assessments and developing individualized treatment strategies.

• Experience providing therapy to diverse populations, particularly in community health settings.
\n
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trusting relationships with clients.

• Commitment to professionalism, ethical standards, and patient confidentiality.
\n
• Comfortable utilizing technology including electronic health record (EHR) systems for patient documentation and scheduling.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
